Module 1
Acquaintance with the mission and principles of Malikspace.
Practical exercises on the organization of team interaction and distribution of roles

You will write down personal goals and define your role in the team. Learn to make decisions without specific instructions, guided by mission and principles
Module 2
Introducing and learning tools for organizing teamwork
Result:
You will distribute the achievement of goals over time. Meet the Malikspace team and choose a direction for your internship.
Module 3
Forming a product strategy with planning tools
Result:
You will conduct a strategic session in your chosen department. Divide tasks into 4 internship sprints to create the final product during the internship. Explore the online project management service Jira, learn how to organize and maintain document flow. Define a role in the Malikspace team department
Module 4
Teamwork practice
Result:
You will practice the learned tools of the Silicon Valley teams. Project management in Jira. You will as well access the Evolution online service to analyze innate talents, explore your strengths and understand your true role in the team
Module 5
Team efficiency
Result:
Practical development of the tools of the Silicon Valley teams. Project work in Jira. You will complete the quest and practice transferring an organization from a vertical management style to a horizontal one
Express training on the online service "Evolution" for team interaction based on innate qualities. You will better understand the strengths of your colleagues in order to build highly effective interactions.
Successful interns will be transferred to the internship team.

Module 6

Preparation and presentation of team projects based on the results of the internship

Result:
You will create a product presentation, develop a project presentation plan, evaluate the achievement of goals, receive a certificate confirming the completion of an internship
* During the digital internship, you will take part in benefit performances with the author, Ruslan Gafarov, based on the book “The Culture of Silicon Valley Organizations”. You’ll get to know the experience of various companies described in the book.

How to participate in the internship?
Participate in open events, register so you don't miss the start of the next internship. This is an opportunity to receive a cost bonus or to know in advance about the start of the next course.
How is the internship going?
The whole process takes place online, from the first meeting to the issuance of a certificate. This is how the entire Malikspace team works in 8 time zones in different cities of the world.
To participate in meetings, you must have a convenient device with access to the Internet, for the prompt completion of tasks and a single rhythm with the team.
What is the training schedule?
Online meetings in Zoom and Google Meet.
There is a schedule for the main meetings, it has been agreed with speakers and experts. Additional meetings within the team are determined by the participants themselves. On average, the total hourly load is at least 2 hours a day for 6 weeks.
Where can I apply the acquired knowledge?
You will gain experience working in self-organizing teams.
You will be able to introduce skills and tools into your team, organization for efficient and comfortable work at high speeds. Or you can create a team around an idea, mission, and principles.
How long will it take to get the result?
Based on the experience of interns from previous courses, you will receive results already during the internship. In the first workshops, you will have a lot of insights, as a result of which thinking will begin to change. For some, changes begin overtime.
What companies and what positions can I apply for?
The training practice is structured in such a way that during the training there is an opportunity to test your strength as an executor of areas of interest to you, a team leader, or a product manager. Based on the results of the training, the final day of the presentation of the results obtained during the internship and developed projects is held. This presentation is attended by invited Malikspace clients interested in specialists.
Can I work on my project or create a new one?
Yes, during the training there is an opportunity to work on your product within the Malikspace strategy and use it as a platform for practicing team-building mechanisms and finding like-minded people. You will have the opportunity to present the project and try the introduction of new techniques.

The problem of my lack of communication and expression of thoughts was soon solved by a simple trick - I became a team leader.
