The result is amazing dynamics within the team! Everyone found a role for themselves according to the existing tasks! As a team lead, all I had to do was to competently facilitate the process and concentrate on making the team and me have great pleasure from working together! Now I understand for sure that I want to develop as a product manager and move in this direction!

I really enjoyed the internship! I focused on my talents and was able to use them in my work with the Marketing and Design teams. I absorb all the information as much as possible and try to be in the moment here and now!

Before the internship, there was a misunderstanding of what a connection with your team is, how to interact correctly so that all employees move towards a common goal and results. In remote conditions, corporate culture was practically absent, there was no knowledge and understanding of how to develop it. During the internship, I understood what corporate culture is, what tools and processes exist to maintain it. I met some cool guys.
Previously, the team was formed for functions and tasks, now there is a mission and values. People are already coming under them, which gives even steeper results.

I am a leader of a team that launches and leads projects to improve business processes. I also implement a culture of improvement in a large IT company in Siberia. From the internship, I took one on one meetings, a retrospective on projects, a demo day, I plan as well to return to the mission and principles for our team. The value is 90% practice with specific tools and 10% theory.
Thank you for this experience and I hope that in our company I will deliberately change the format of work so that people are not afraid of responsibility and mistakes. Then I will be sure - we will achieve completely different business results!

I came to the internship because I wanted to communicate. Until that moment, I hadn't talked too much with anyone and it bothered me. The problem of my lack of communication and expression of thoughts was soon solved by a simple trick - I became a team leader. Before that, I had no idea who a leader was, but now I understand - it's like a father in a family, he always wants to make sure that each of his partners is comfortable to work and enjoyable. That's what I did: I solved blockers whenever possible, and tried to anticipate what others needed. I even helped one start-up to clearly define the mission and its principles. Everyone was happy! In the end, I achieved everything I wanted. Such an experience cannot be gained by sitting in lectures at the university or taking boring courses. But here it is given!
And I guarantee that anyone who undergoes an internship will radically change their worldview and leave all the oppressive stereotypes. I did just that, I came with blockers and incomprehensible frames, and left with a free view of the world and open to new achievements. Or not gone yet? Thanks, Malikspace!

I compare the internship with the movie “The Matrix”, where they gave us the “blue pill”, and you see the matrix in reverse and you don't want to go back. After all, now I know that it is possible to work this way, and it is more effective. In working with the team, I watched how the product is born, how it develops, how it works, and how it is useful! And this is a special "thrill"!

I had a very positive internship experience! We were given the tools, and we ourselves split into teams! It was a very pleasant interaction within the team. I was working on the chatbot architecture for the new Malikspace project. The internship helped me discover my talent as a chatbot architect.
Now more and more projects are using chatbots to communicate with clients and I see great potential in this.

My internship goal was to become familiar with online tools and interact with people I have never met. The experience is great, I recommend everyone to participate in such stories, as I learned cool things online like Miro, Stand up, Planning Session, and many other tools. I have already started using them in my team, in the company where I work in Denmark. The main insight is that you can meet young, cool guys with whom you can work on your goals. And the atmosphere is unrealistically cool, I got a bunch of insights in a short time.

I was subscribed to Ruslan's Instagram and his Youtube channel for a long time. I work as a leader in a regular school. We intend to make our school the best for children and their parents. When communicating within the internship teams and with the supervisors, there was no feeling of misunderstanding, issues were resolved here and now. Everyone had the right to express their opinion and back it up with deeds. In the process of training, we used new tools for tracking the team's actions, getting feedback, solving blockers both from the participants and from the whole team. The speed of work, communication among actually newly met people simply amazed me. Nobody forced anyone. Everyone made their own choices. I learned to work with different types of information. The main insight that I learned from the internship: nothing is impossible. Anything that seems impossible is due to the wrong work of the team.

I followed Ruslan's activities on the Youtube channel, and from there I learned about the internship. During the passage, I learned about new online tools for myself, about interaction within teams, used the principles of companies of the future, self-organized, held Demo days, Retrospectives. I liked that it was possible to apply the acquired knowledge immediately in practice, on specific tasks, and always with the support of the team. Give it a try, get valuable experience and tools that clearly work!

A week before the internship, I met Ruslan Gafarov. I was hooked by the structure of non-hierarchical organizations that Ruslan spoke about, as well as the mission and principles of Malikspace, which I share 100%. I wanted to take part in promoting this idea. The way turned out to be through an internship. The process was incredibly fun. Amazing teamwork, great rapport, and engagement. And all of this is based on self-organization and the principle of "you are your own boss". I managed to reveal and show my talents and abilities, to master and develop new skills. Internship insight: people are the most important value! It is people and high-quality, environmentally friendly relationships within the team that will help develop the business, increase income, and reach a new level of company development.

My current entrepreneurial activity is related to advising and managing start-up projects. I came to the internship with requests to declare myself and become bolder, evaluate in practice, and qualitatively improve the skills of remote work. In 6 weeks of digital internship, I learned how to use power where others give up. I looked at my work and my teamwork as a support, not a source of anxiety. It turned out that the mission is a path that can only be created and rethought. In addition to the Stand Up, Happy Hour, Planning Sessions, and Retrospective processes, two magical questions have popped up in my now holocratic campaigns: “What are you doing? What are you ready to offer to get more? " What you sow is what you reap - and by the final demo day, I had achieved the Important in my life.
